Workshop Registration
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop.
• Within 7 days, the registration may be transferred to another person but is otherwise non-refundable.
• If Niika or VRI cancel the workshop, you’ll receive a full refund.
• If circumstances such as severe weather require postponement, your registration will transfer to a new date. If you can’t attend the new date, a full refund will be provided.
Location
We’ll spend the day in one of the best-preserved natural areas of Hunterdon County in Stockton, NJ, near the Delaware River. Location, what to bring and arrival information will come to you once your registration is confirmed.
Photography
This will be a good day to set aside your phone for a while. However, we’ll make time for photographs for those who wish to capture and/or be documented before we wrap up. You are welcome to opt out.
