This is Phase 3 in the Revival Tree: Vital Emergence.

You’ve completed the Find Ground work (or most of it). You’re no longer depleted and disoriented. You have energy now. The question isn’t “how do I stabilize?” but “where am I going?”

The work ahead is three interconnected stages:

PROTECT: Layering dynamic boundaries around your time, energy, and attention
BLOOM: Emanating your essence—revealing what fruit will set
GROW: Developing structure to support what’s emerging

This is about clarifying who you actually are (not who you were), what wants to emerge, and building the structure to support it.

Experiencing crisis as frightening, exhausting and disorienting is only human. You are not broken.
