By using VitalRevivalInstitute.com or purchasing any service offered through this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase its services.

1. About This Site
VitalRevivalInstitute.com is the practice site of Vital Revival Institute, LLC. It hosts the Vital Revival Assessment, private client intake, and paid program delivery. Services are offered by Niika Quistgard, with 20+ years of clinical experience in sensory-based healing.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
VRI’s services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health services. Niika Quistgard holds 20+ years of clinical experience in sensory-based healing and is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or mental health professional. Nothing on this site or in any VRI engagement constitutes a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or therapeutic intervention as defined by applicable law.

VRI’s work is designed to support perceptual orientation and personal restoration in women navigating major life transitions. It is not appropriate for individuals in acute mental health crisis. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

By using this site or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction and that you are not seeking or receiving mental health or medical treatment from VRI.

3. Eligibility
Services offered through VitalRevivalInstitute.com are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By purchasing or using any service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Stripe via Ontraport. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method in the amount shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
All sales are final. VRI does not offer refunds on Assessment Sessions, private engagements, or any other service. If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us and we will work with you in good faith. This no-refund policy reflects the individualized, time-based nature of the work.

5. Chargebacks
Because all sales are final and this no-refund policy is stated clearly prior to purchase, VRI does not accept chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, VRI reserves the right to report the dispute to credit reporting agencies and dispute resolution databases. Your name, email, order date, and billing information may be included in that report. We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a dispute with your card issuer.

6. Scheduling and Cancellation
Session times are confirmed upon booking. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are forfeited without refund or reschedule credit. VRI reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to practitioner illness or emergency, in which case a new appointment will be offered promptly.

7. Media Release
By participating in any live online session or in-person event through VitalRevivalInstitute.com, you consent to photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings that may be made and that may include your image, voice, or likeness. Recordings may be shared with current or prospective clients. If you have concerns about recording, please contact us before your session.

8. Termination
You may terminate your use of any service at any time by contacting us at reach@vitalrevivalinstitute.com. VRI reserves the right to terminate your access to any service at any time, at our sole discretion, including for non-payment or breach of these Terms. All outstanding balances remain due upon termination. Intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions survive termination.

9. Confidentiality
VRI treats all client communications and session content with strict confidentiality. Information shared in Assessment Sessions or private engagements will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or to protect your safety or the safety of others. We ask that clients extend the same courtesy to any group or cohort settings: what is shared in group context stays in that context.

Participants in group programs may request to use a fictitious name or alias to participate anonymously. Contact us before your program begins to arrange this.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including assessments, frameworks, written materials, and program content — is owned by Vital Revival Institute, LLC. Paid program access is granted to the individual purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without written permission.

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vital Revival Institute, LLC and Niika Quistgard from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of this site, your participation in any program or service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vital Revival Institute, LLC and Niika Quistgard are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your participation in any program, or any action you take in reliance on the content or guidance provided — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You participate in VRI’s services at your own discretion and risk.
VRI’s total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with VRI, please contact us first and give us the opportunity to resolve it directly. If we cannot reach resolution informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court. The maximum remedy available through arbitration is a full refund of amounts paid. No consequential, special, or punitive damages may be awarded.
You agree not to make disparaging public statements about VRI, Niika Quistgard, or any VRI service during or after a dispute, except as required by law or legal process.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Modifications
VRI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
