Effective: May 2026 | Vital Revival Institute, LLC

This policy explains what information VitalRevivalInstitute.com collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. This site is operated by Vital Revival Institute, LLC (“VRI,” “we,” “us”) and hosts the Vital Revival Assessment, paid program delivery, and private client intake.

1. Information We Collect
Automatically collected data. Our hosting platform and analytics tools collect standard technical data when you visit: browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and general location derived from your IP address. This is not linked to your identity.
Assessment data. The Vital Revival Assessment asks you to provide your name, email address, and phone number. These are used to deliver your results and to follow up regarding appropriate support.
Booking and intake data. If you book an Assessment Session or private engagement, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number. Payment is processed by Stripe; VRI does not store your credit card number or financial account information.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information to deliver the services you have requested, to communicate with you about your engagement, and — with your consent — to send you the Vital Stream newsletter. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Your name, email, and phone number may be visible to Niika Quistgard and any administrative staff who assist in managing client communications. Access is limited to what is necessary to deliver your services.

3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe. Session bookings are processed via Calendly. Other payments may be processed via Ontraport. In all cases, your financial information is submitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy and security standards. VRI retains only your name, email, contact information, and a record of the transaction for our files.

4. Email
Contact and client information is stored in Ontraport, our email and CRM platform. Ontraport processes this data on our behalf and is contractually bound to protect it. Where required, we collect your consent at the point of opt-in — pre-checked boxes are not used. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Transactional communications related to active engagements will continue as needed to deliver your services.

5. Cookies
This site uses cookies to support basic functionality, to manage your session during assessment completion, and to understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies to serve advertising.
You may set your browser to refuse cookies. Some site features — including the assessment — may not function correctly if you do.

6. Confidentiality
VRI treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared in the course of an Assessment Session or private engagement is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others.

7. Your Safety
If, during a live online or in-person session, you appear to be in need of emergency medical assistance, VRI may share your contact information with emergency services. VRI may also disclose information if we have reasonable concern for your safety or the safety of others. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to these limited disclosures.

8. Third-Party Services
NiikaQ.com uses the following third-party services:
Ontraport — email list management and CRM. Stores your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or complete a booking. Ontraport processes this data on our behalf and is contractually bound to protect it.
Stripe — payment processing. Handles all financial transactions securely. VRI does not store your payment card information.
Calendly — session scheduling. Collects your name, email, and booking details when you schedule a session. Calendly may use cookies to support its scheduling functionality. Your use of the booking tool is subject to Calendly’s Privacy Policy, available at calendly.com/privacy.
Web hosting — our hosting provider collects standard technical data including IP addresses and page visits for security and performance purposes.
These providers access your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for other purposes. We do not display third-party advertising on this site.

9. Lawful Basis for Processing (EU and UK Visitors)
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following lawful bases: contractual necessity, for data required to deliver a service you have purchased; consent, for newsletter and non-essential communications; and legitimate interest, for responding to direct inquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

10. International Visitors and Data Transfers
Vital Revival Institute, LLC is based in the United States. If you are accessing this site from outside the United States — including from the European Union, United Kingdom, New Zealand, or any other country — your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. US privacy law may differ from the laws of your home country. By submitting your information, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer.
Your data is stored on US-based servers operated by Ontraport and Stripe. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

11. Data Retention
We retain contact and engagement records for a minimum of three years following the close of an engagement, as required for standard business record-keeping. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.

12. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent to any non-essential use.
If you are located in the European Union or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

13. California Privacy Rights
